1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Event organisers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. A parent or guardian must authorise use by a person who cannot legally agree to these terms.
2. Events and organiser responsibilities
Organisers control invitations, event settings, gallery visibility and authorised administrators. Organisers are responsible for their event, informing guests how Nommo will be used, and obtaining permissions or consents required for photography, video and sharing.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Nommo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, adapt, display and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the event experience selected by the organiser.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload content and that doing so does not infringe another person’s rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Nommo to upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content; violate privacy or image rights; harass others; distribute malicious code; interfere with the service; evade access controls; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or use another person’s account without permission.
We may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, Nommo or the service.
5. Payments, pricing and refunds
Prices and included event limits are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple or another displayed provider. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a paid event has been created or supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Media retention and downloads
Event photos and videos are temporary. Media is automatically deleted after the displayed retention period, currently seven days after event wrap-up by default. Organisers and guests are responsible for downloading content they wish to keep before deletion. Deleted media may not be recoverable.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as Nommo develops. We may perform maintenance, apply limits or discontinue features, taking reasonable steps to minimise disruption where practical.
8. Intellectual property
Nommo and its software, product design, branding and service content—excluding user content—are owned by or licensed to us. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nommo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or content lost after a disclosed retention deadline. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to resupplying the affected service or the amount paid for it, at our option.
This section does not limit liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Ending access
You may stop using Nommo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment. Provisions intended to continue—such as ownership, accrued payment obligations and lawful liability limits—survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law.
12. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@nommofilm.com. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively and the effective date above identifies the current version.
