$500 AUDtowards your honeymoon

The promoter is Nommo (“Nommo”, “we”, “us” or “our”), ABN 61 100 654 824, located in Victoria, Australia.

The Nommo $500 Honeymoon Competition (“Promotion”) opens on 22 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

To be eligible, entrants must:

1. create and purchase a Nommo wedding event during the Promotion Period;
2. create the event for a minimum of 100 guests;
3. have the wedding/event take place on or before 31 December 2026;
4. follow the official Nommo Instagram account at the time the winner is drawn; and
5. agree to the content permissions described in these Terms & Conditions.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

An eligible entry is automatically created when an entrant:

• creates a qualifying Nommo event during the Promotion Period;
• purchases a Nommo event package for at least 100 guests; and
• satisfies all other eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

No separate competition entry fee is charged.

The normal purchase price of the Nommo event applies.

Unless otherwise stated, each qualifying purchased event constitutes one entry into the Promotion.

The qualifying event must actually take place between 22 September 2026 and 31 December 2026 inclusive.

Creating an event within Nommo without the event taking place before the end of the Promotion Period will not qualify as a valid entry.

If an event is cancelled or moved to a date after 31 December 2026, the associated entry will no longer be eligible for the Promotion.

There is one prize of $500 AUD.

The prize is intended to be used towards the winner's honeymoon but will be awarded as $500 AUD by electronic bank transfer.

The total prize pool is $500 AUD.

The prize cannot be increased, transferred to another entrant or exchanged for any alternative prize at the request of the winner.

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid eligible entries.

The draw will take place on 7 January 2027 at 12:00pm AEDT in Melbourne, Victoria.

Every valid eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Nommo account and/or via their Instagram account.

The winner will be notified in writing after the draw.

The winner's first name and surname initial may also be announced on Nommo's Instagram account and/or website.

The winner must provide any information reasonably required by Nommo to confirm their eligibility before receiving the prize.

Nommo will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, Nommo may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection method as the original draw.

As a condition of entry, entrants acknowledge that Nommo may wish to feature content from their qualifying event for Nommo's marketing, promotional and social-media content.

Nommo will only publish photographs or other event content for which the necessary permissions have been obtained.

If selected as the winner, the entrant agrees to reasonably cooperate with Nommo in identifying content that may be used for promotional purposes and obtaining any permissions reasonably required from the people who created or appear in that content.

The entrant must not grant Nommo permission to use photographs, videos or other content where they do not have the authority to provide that permission.

Where permission has been provided, Nommo may use the approved content on its website, social-media accounts, advertisements and other promotional material.

Nommo will not sell an entrant's event gallery or photographs to third parties.

Personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be used to:

• administer the Promotion;
• verify eligibility;
• contact and identify the winner;
• deliver the prize; and
• carry out any other purpose disclosed when the information is collected.

Nommo will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Entry into this Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required.

Nommo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify an entrant where Nommo reasonably believes that the entrant:

• has provided false or misleading information;
• has attempted to manipulate the Promotion;
• has created a fraudulent or fictitious event;
• has cancelled or refunded the qualifying Nommo event before the draw;
• does not satisfy the eligibility requirements; or
• has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.

Any decision to invalidate an entry will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

If circumstances outside Nommo's reasonable control prevent the Promotion from proceeding as originally planned, Nommo may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any material change will be communicated through the Nommo website and/or official Nommo Instagram account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Information provided by entrants is being provided to Nommo and not to Instagram.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Nommo's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
